How to link Telegram or another account?
Open Cabinet → Profile → Linked accounts and follow the instructions. Registration by email was disabled during certain periods, so do not create a new account unnecessarily – first try to link the current one.
How to delete an account?
Submit a request via @XConnectHelp, specify the account to be deleted and the reason. According to recent responses, the request is processed within 7 days. Inactive accounts may have been automatically deleted after six months.
Where to read news about outages and new servers?
In the Telegram channel @XConnectVPN and in the personal cabinet. In case of a mass incident, first check the news and update the subscription.
Where to get Telegram proxy?
Current proxies are published in the XConnect Telegram channel. If an old proxy stopped working, check for a fresh publication: addresses and protocols may be blocked and replaced.
Where to check server status?
On the page https://status.x-connect.xyz. If a mass outage is indicated there, wait for recovery and follow the news channel. If the status is normal but the problem persists only for you, create a diagnostic ticket.
What to do if the web cabinet does not authenticate?
Write to support. The reason could be an incompatible browser, damaged or blocked cookies, or an issue on XConnect's side. Before contacting, try a different modern browser, allow cookies for the site, and retry login.
Where to create a detailed bug report?
At https://report.x-connect.xyz. Describe the problem as detailed as possible and add diagnostic results. For a regular question or if the site is unavailable, use a ticket in the bot; for keys and configurations, use @XConnectHelp.
What to send in a technical ticket to resolve the issue faster?
Specify:
tariff and app with version;
device and OS;
operator/provider, region, and city;
mobile network or Wi-Fi, whether whitelists are enabled;
which servers and protocols you tried;
screenshot of HTTP GET ping;
exact error text and logs;
whether the personal subscription page opens in the browser.
Do not send personal link, private key, or full config in the public chat.
Where to write about configurations, keys, and refunds?
To developers: @XConnectHelp. First line support does not have access to AWG/VLESS keys and does not make final decisions on refunds. Always include the original ticket number.
Is there support outside Telegram?
Yes. You can write by email dev@x-connect.xyz. For questions requiring access to account, payment, or personal configuration, be ready to confirm the subscription owner's data.
