How many devices can be connected?

The main limit is indicated on the specific tariff card. The general technical limitation is up to 16 simultaneously working devices, unless the tariff explicitly allows more, for example 20. Before purchasing, rely on the value in the tariff.

How to delete an old device?

Cabinet → active subscription → Devices → Device management. Delete the unused entry, then update the subscription. First line support usually does not delete devices for the user.

Why are more devices displayed than I have?

One phone with two clients can create two HWIDs; re-import and reinstallation also create new records. Remove the subscription from the extra client, clear old devices, and add it again only in the needed apps.

Can I increase the number of devices?

Yes: via Subscription → Devices → Buy more devices or by requesting support. In some cases the limit has been expanded for free, but this is not guaranteed.

Can I disable HWID?

Upon request – yes, if you need a client that does not transmit it. The system still controls simultaneous usage and fair use. To remove the limit, create a separate ticket.
