Which application does support currently recommend?

Based on recent tickets — Incy. In earlier inquiries, support recommended Happ, but later dropped support due to instability, old core, and issues with new blocks. If Happ works for you, you can use it, but if problems occur, first switch to Incy.

Why does Happ not connect or ping servers?

Update the subscription several times and try a different client. On new devices and with new blocks, Happ may be unstable; the main solution is to transfer the subscription to Incy.

Why do FiClash, Mihomo, Nekoray, Throne, or Shadowrocket not see all servers?

Not all clients support the used transport types, gRPC, automatic locations, routing, and HWID transmission. Therefore, some configurations may not import or show zero ping. Use Incy or request from support a suitable vless:///Mihomo configuration and, if necessary, removal of the HWID limit.

It says "Application not supported." What should I do?

Usually the client does not transmit the HWID that the system expects. Enable HWID transmission, switch to Incy, or create a ticket asking to remove the HWID limit. After the change, delete the old subscription entry and add it again.

Incy freezes, crashes, or connects indefinitely

Completely close Incy via task manager/app list and restart. If that doesn't help:

• update the subscription;

• manually select a regular server, not Auto;

• enable fragmentation and Mux;

• if necessary, enable noise and routing;

• reduce the Xray memory limit in advanced settings;

• perform a full reset of Incy and add the subscription again.

What if Incy is not available in my region's App Store?

Change your App Store region or use Happ. If the app is not found or download cancels immediately, support for third-party stores is beyond XConnect's control.

Is split tunneling and custom routing supported?

Yes, but the configuration order depends on the application and platform. You can set up split tunnel and rules, e.g., route Russian sites directly. If the needed setting is missing or rules don't work, write to support specifying the app, OS, and desired routing scheme.
