How to know if whitelists are enabled?
Without VPN, only allowed resources open, for example VK, Dzen, Gosuslugi, government and some Russian sites, while regular foreign sites do not work. If nothing opens at all, it may be a complete network shutdown rather than whitelists.
Why might the LTE tariff not work for me, even though it works for others?
The result depends on the operator, region, specific tower, current IP, applied blocking and client. The connection may change even after the phone moves to a neighboring base station. Therefore, 100% compatibility is not guaranteed in advance.
Should LTE work over normal Wi-Fi?
Not necessarily. LTE locations are designed for limited mobile internet and may not work on a normal network. For Wi-Fi, use regular servers or Combo.
Which server to choose for MTS, MegaFon, T2 or Beeline?
There is no universal list. Refresh your subscription and check the current LTE/MWS/SL configurations. In different tickets, different options worked; old recommendations for specific countries quickly become outdated. In your request, be sure to indicate the operator, region/city, application and attach the result of an HTTP GET ping.
What to do if the network temporarily blocks VPN traffic?
Toggle airplane mode several times for about 15 seconds to get a different mobile IP. On a router, reboot/reconnect helps. Then refresh your subscription and re-test servers.
Which servers to choose when whitelists are enabled?
Only the Locations section under bypass / LTE / ROUTE. In some list versions, they are near the end. Regular servers and the trial tariff are not intended for this situation.
Does the LTE tariff work on a computer via mobile internet?
Support positions LTE as a mobile tariff for a phone and "special" network modes; work on a PC is not guaranteed. For a computer, use a regular subscription, Combo or a separate configuration selected by the developer.
