Is there a trial period?
As of the latest tickets, the trial period has been disabled by the administration. Earlier responses about a free three-day trial are outdated. Occasionally, support may grant a short test on an individual basis, but this is not guaranteed.
Does the trial subscription include LTE and whitelist bypass?
No. Even when a trial period was available, LTE servers were generally not included. To test LTE, a short paid daily tariff was offered, with the possibility of contacting support for a refund if the service did not work.
Why is the trial subscription slow or unstable?
Trial servers were shared, with speed, traffic, and simultaneous connection limitations. This does not always reflect the performance of a paid tariff on dedicated infrastructure.
Are extra days given for a review or outage?
In ticket history, support has issued bonus days for reviews, participation in testing, and mass outages. This is manual compensation, not a guaranteed rule. Attach a link/screenshot of the review or incident number.
