Private servers, traffic and privacy

What is a private server?
It's a separate server for 450 ₽ with VLESS or AmneziaWG 2.0. You can choose Germany, Finland, Netherlands, or Sweden. The client receives a control panel and can create users independently. Order is placed through support.
Does the IP of the private server remain upon renewal?
With regular renewal, the IP is usually preserved. When creating a new server or reissuing a configuration, it may change.
Can I share a private server with family?
Transferring the main subscription to other people is prohibited. On a private server, users are created via the issued panel, but they must be used within the terms of the tariff and fair use. Mass distribution and resale are prohibited.
What are the fair use rules?
you cannot transfer the subscription to other people;
daily traffic must be less than 100 GB;
up to 16 devices simultaneously, unless the tariff card explicitly sets a higher limit.
In case of violation, the subscription may be temporarily blocked for a period of 3 to 24 hours. The response depends on the nature and recurrence of the violation.
Can I download torrents?
According to support responses, P2P is prohibited on all regular servers except a specially allocated location (in tickets – Switzerland). On other servers, detection of P2P may cause a connection/account block for about an hour. Before use, check the current rules.
What data does the service store?
According to the administration's responses in tickets:
device information visible in the cabinet;
original IP, connection time, and selected server;
visited sites, DNS queries, and traffic content are not continuously logged; technical data may be in RAM for less than three minutes;
connection logs were stored until a planned server restart, which support described as weekly;
P2P events were reported to the administration, the log had a limited size.
This is a paraphrase of support responses, not a replacement of the current privacy policy. Check the official website for the legally binding version.
Who has access to logs?
In a ticket, support responded that the service administration has access to connection logs; first line support does not have all details. For clarifications, contact @XConnectHelp.
