What payment methods are available?
SBP, bank card, Visa and CryptoBot are available. The specific set of buttons may depend on the account and region. Only use details and links provided by the bot or support.
I paid but the balance is still zero
Usually the payment system transmits a notification every 10–15 minutes; in rare cases crediting takes up to 30 minutes. Wait 30 minutes and refresh the account. If there is no money, create a ticket and attach a bank receipt or payment number and indicate the payment method.
Why did the payment go through but there is no subscription?
Topping up the balance does not always automatically buy a new subscription. After crediting, open the tariffs and purchase the desired subscription manually. Only an already active subscription is automatically renewed if the balance is sufficient.
How to top up the balance?
Open Account → Balance → Top up and select the available method. If the built-in form is temporarily unavailable, do not transfer money using random details — request an official payment link from support.
What to do if the promo code was applied but the subscription was not renewed?
Topping up the balance itself does not always complete the purchase or renewal. Write to support: an employee will help complete the operation or issue a personal promo code to replace the used one.
How long does a payment via SBP/YuKassa take?
Approximately 10–15 minutes, rarely up to 30 minutes. After that, support can initiate a manual check. For manual crediting, a receipt from the bank app is required, not just a screenshot of the debit.
Will money be automatically deducted from the card?
No. According to support responses, auto-renewal only uses money from the internal balance. There is no automatic card payment.
How to renew a subscription?
Top up the balance, open the active subscription and click Renew. If the balance is sufficient and auto-renewal is enabled, the active subscription may renew automatically.
How to disable the daily tariff or auto-renewal?
Open subscription management and turn off auto-renewal. The already paid period usually continues until the end date. If there is no button or the tariff continues to renew, create a ticket.
Can I cancel a paid subscription and get a refund for the remainder?
Yes, through support. The possibility and amount of refund depend on the tariff, remaining time, usage and current refund policy. Funds may be returned to the internal balance or to the original method after reviewing the request.
I bought the wrong tariff. Can I change it?
Create a ticket before active use. In tickets, support has changed the tariff or returned the remainder to the internal balance, after which the client purchased the desired option. The decision depends on the subscription status and refund rules.
